Pose Method
How many runners/walkers use the POSE method? Have you noticed having a lot less injuries/pain with it? How long did it take to get the form correct? I'm going to try it out tonight. Hopefully it will stop all the shin pain I'm having.

Exercising Before Bedc

Help for foot pain!
I have been having foot pain and discovered I have a bunion. I'm trying to figure out what I can do to treat it and wondered if anyone out there had any experience with this. I found a splint that you sleep in at night that's suppose to help but it's pretty expensive. Has anyone else used one??
