I started it a few months ago....completed week 1 and then started week one over again because I didn't feel I was ready to move on to week 2. i just started something. its about 1/3 of a mile around my block. so now whenever i take my dogs potty i go around the block instead of just in my yard. than i also take a long walk everyday so all in all prolly like 2 miles a day or more. and it doesnt take much time.

Insanity
Okay I have worked out a 4 times a week, 2 week sin a row for an hour more each workout. I have cut my food portions by a little. I have just weighed myself. I have gained 3 pounds:explode: ?!?!? How is this possible? Could it be that it is" that time of the month" that affects me or what?

Weight Training
My first post here and I have a question: I was wondering why there is no calories burned in the weight training log. I do a strength circuit which consists of 3 exercises, 12 reps, 5 sets. I know I have to be burning around 300-400 calories. Should I be putting this under cardio?

random HRM experiment
I wore my HRM last night and discovered that I burn just about 1 calorie per minute while sleeping: 587 calories in 540 minutes (yeah I slept in, haha). Feel free to share any of your experiments or odd facts about your HRM.
