SBF2 Reboot Boogaloo July 15
Can you believe July is half over? :noway: Yikes. I got up early  and went for my jog. I didn't run nearly as far as I did on Monday. I just didn't have it in me. My legs felt like jello and I was still half asleep. But I did it! I am aiming to do it on Friday again. Today is horse therapy, shopping at Sprouts and…

Cardio indoors?
I can't afford a gym membership so I normally exercise outside (walk/jog). I was doing okay, but the last couple weeks its been so hot outside that I feel so miserable while doing my workout. The Phoenix heat is really getting to me, zapping my energy that I need for my workout, giving me heat headaches, etc. I want to…

Anyone else out there getting ready for a PT test?? I have mine coming up in August. I did a mock test and would have missed it by 3, so I am really glad I have a month. Overworking Muscles?
Is it a bad idea to do squats, lunges and pushups everyday? I don't know if I'm overworking the muscle groups. I do the Jillian Michaels workouts and she uses weights + resistance workouts. She says to do them everyday, but I'm wondering if that is too hard on the muscle groups...? What are your thoughts?

Do I have to use machines to do weights?
I'm just checking to make sure my thinking is right on this.. I do Jillian Michaels No Trouble Zones, and Power Sculpt as my "weights" workout a few times a week. There are lots of squats and pushups, etc. Those work the same way as weights do for your body, right? I don't have to go and use machines at the gym everytime…

I know a lot of people exercise in the morning before breakfast and I have read about the benefits of this, but when I attempt this I hit a wall in about 15-20 minutes, I become fatiqued and sweat more. Does this happen to anyone else?? This is why I eat something before I go out in the a.m. now.

Disappointed with Garmin Forerunner 305
I bought a Garmin Forerunner 305 because it looked like it had all the features I wanted. Well, I was really disappointed with the calorie feature. I did a 2 hr. bike ride and it said I burned over 1700 calories! My Polar F6 usually reports around 800 calories for a 2 hr. ride. When you are trying to use a device to help…

How to Bust through Fatigue of a Tough Day?
Had a rough day today and missed my workout. Couldn't go to the gym because the kids were sick and the house needed a major cleaning. Spent all day doing that and at 9:30 pm felt like I was going to crash. Is it still worth it to push myself to workout that late, and what kind of workout could I do that wouldn't keep me up…

I am using the free "ON demand" videos and they do not have level three. Do you think I need to buy the video?
