Need help firming up
What's a good way to firm up the underarms and inner thighs? I've been jogging/fast walking (fast walk 1 block, jog 4 blocks). I also ride a stationary bike and jog on the treadmill for the leg exercise. For my arms, I've been using free weights. My inner thights and underarm are gross... lots of lose skin. HELP!!!

When you input cardio exercise in the daily diary it gives you calorie credits (calories burned) but if you put in strength training exercise you get no calorie credits? Am I wrong in thinking that strength exercises also burn calories?

So I'm obviously not the most fit person, but for some reason I really want to try to run a half marathon in February. Any thoughts? I also wanted to ask experienced runners...
