Nike + June Challenge
Ok, I opened it up temporarily to allow new members to join. Challenge title is MFP June Challenge. Since we don't know each others emails I just ask that you let me know if your nike name is the same or different from your MFP so I don't boot you. Just keeps it MFP that way  Good luck runners! :drinker:

Wii active
Who has it? Do you like it? How does it work exactly....I already have the wii, do I just buy the Wii active package and everything I need is in there, or do you have to buy several different things? Sorry, I'm a Wii bit dumb when it comes to this, our Wii is basically a really expensive dust collector right now.

Motivation to work out!
Okay so... I'm like the least motivated person EVER when it comes to working out. I absolutely loathe it. Period. But I've found a trick - listening to your ipod/cd player/stereo/whatever really helps keep you motivated, especially if you're a music lover like me. Getting into the rhythm really helps me to keep going. So…

I just won one through work. It's great. Way more features than the nike + and no sensor to replace ... ever. is my HRM counting my calories correctly?
I just recently bought a heart rate monitor, but I'm not sure it is counting my calories shed very accurately! I have been walking to work which is 2.9 miles with a few big hills. I usually walk between 3.5 and 3.8 speed, when I plug that in to MFP it calculates that I should have burned 297 calories. however on my HRM it…
