callanetics/pilates?

Stupid ankles
I hate my ankles. I love to jog. If I jog outside I am fine. Inside at the gym on the treadmill my ankles start to hurt and I can only do sprints....sucks!!! I wear Nike Air womens running shoes too! Any ideas?

Cycle class
Does anyone do a cycle class at the gym? I do. I love it! Man i walk out of there feeling so strong..and like I really tried my hardest. Tonight I burned 966 calories!!!! Crazy. That is according to my Polar HRM. I am drenched with sweat....time for a shower and some sleepytime tea!

The fall weather is finally touching Texas. It's still going to be 90 today, but the lows are in the 50s. Went for a bike ride yesterday and going north was tough as the cool front moved through. Today is weights and two yoga classes. I might walk a little too, just to get warmed up for yoga. Happy Workouts Y'all! Mary
