Why do I feel so sore?
I started excercising last Wednesday. I walked 35 minutes on Wednesday. Walked 1 hour 30 minutes on Thusday. Walked 20 minutes on Friday. Morning exercise
Normally my husband and I exercise at night however today it worked better to workout in the morning but we found it harder to do it in the morning. Does anyone else have this problem?? Or does anyone know why this is?? But we pushed through it and I burned 688 calories. :bigsmile:

what excercise could i do in the home ive got a 2 month old and a 2 year old so its hard to get out. i go for an hours walk nearly everyday and ive got one of those steps so i can do step ups. but thats it i did have an excersie bike but i broke it must of used it to much lol.any ideas would be great

The best thing in the world.
I just got a trailer for the back on my bike so I can go anywhere with my kids. It is the best thing in the world. I got it monday and we ride it at least 1 time a day and this week I have lost 1 pound and really feeling it in my legs. (but it is all worth it):love:

HOLY Gardening BATMAN!!
I've been here 2 weeks and am doing really well! I didn't work out today, but I had to ready my garden for fall planting.....I burned 890 calories in an hour and a half according to my HRM!
