Why don't you gain calories with weight training?
hi, I'm fairly new at this, but why would I not gain calories in my food area when I did a weight training workout? I thought weight training allowed your metabolism to work longer than when you do a cardio workout? I'm confused. Help.

hey, so I have two kids and my waiste isn't what it used to be. I'm losing weight, but my stomache doens't seem to be on the same page. So, I'm doing about 50 crunches and 30 side to side thingys 3 times a week. Is this going to be enough or am I going to need to step it up a notch?

It's very easy for me to work out once I'm actually at the gym. (if I try and workout at home I quit to easily) But from saying "I'm going to go to the gym" and actually getting there...well it's a big gap! How much muscle mass
