Thanks to working in a high rise downtown, a fire drill meant 7 minutes of stairs AFTER my workout today! :laugh: Luckily I only had 11 flights to take. changing it up
so i've read over and over again that you need to change up your workout otherwise your body will adapt. i pretty much just stick to the elliptical but what do you guys do to change up your workout? also, which burns more fat, aerobic or anaerobic exercise?

Duration changes on walking/jogging?
So I found a good place to walk/jog & I've been working up my jogging a bit(I'm really out of shape). Right now my pattern is walk 3 min/jog 1min. My question is when I up the amt of time I'm jogging to say 2 min, when would it be good to start lowering the amt of time I'm walking & in what ratio?
