Is it true?
If one is trying to flatten tummy, build muscle, or tone up that area, or buns or thighs for that matter, is it true that exercise will just cause this to happen or does one need to work that particular area! I've heard both...just curious:huh:

I recently started taking a Zumba class, very high intensity latin dance workout. I just don't know how to count this for exercise calories burned. it is an hour class and it is now stop work out. Any suggestions? :

the firm is kicking my butt
I am so sore I did the firm hi def sculpt last night and monday and I hurt so bad its hard to walk-- Im gonna push through and workout again tonight gotta get back into shape-- I hurt so much my butt cheeks are even sore :embarassed:

Exercise w/ fibromyalgia
Anyone have any ideas on things I can do that wont send me into total pain mode. I have had fibromyalgia for around 10 years, and anytime I start exercising I am in the bed for at least 2 days. How can I start out easy so I wont quit this time. Anyone else have this problem? I just want to succeed this time. Thanks!

Are Shoes Important Indoors???
How important is it to wear shoes if you are doing workouts (like with a balance ball) in your home? What about the TMT work outs or on an eliptical trainer?

What is an accurate push up?
I've decided to do the hundred push-ups challenge and I read the description of a push up, but it didn't say if you had to go all the way to the floor or not. If I have to go all the way to the floor I can do 3 push ups... If I go about half way down then I can do 7!! So what is it?

Okay I am confused by the whole you can eat extra calories since you worked out today, or something like that. At the bottom of my food entry for today it say you can consume 465 extra calories for the day. Will someone please explain to me, if it healthy to eat those calories, or if I should just leave them alone?

Reasonable Goal?
What is a reasonable time-line for losing body fat %age? I'm at 33% right now, and my ultimate goal is 20%. But what would be good goal date for reaching 28%? Just 5% less...Weeks? Months? I have no idea!! Any input would be appreciated!!
