Turbo Jam Learn & Burn

machine calories vs HRM calories...hmmm

The difference in 100 calories a day
I used those BMR calculators to compare two scenarios and I went to several sites. This is a rounded off average. 43-year old female 5 feet 4 inches tall 125 lbs = 1500 calories to maintain (sedentary) 145 lbs = 1600 calories to maintain (sedentary) 100 extra calories a day adds 20 lbs to my backside! Amazing!

Has anyone heard of this or doing it? I haven't once been able to consume the recommended caloric intake MPF has set for me. Do you think this is going to decrease the amount of weight I lose?
