Cycling Withdrawals!!!!!!!!!
I have been averaging between 125-150 miles a week on my bike for the last four months. Due to the cold weather (34 degrees when I got up to ride today!) I had to go to the gym and use the eliptical machine. I haven't been able to ride in four days! Does anyone know when is the first day of spring??

Q about hundredpushups exhaustion test
At the end of week 2 and 4, you are supposed to do "another exhaustion test". When is everyone doing that? Are you just counting how many pushups you were able to do at the end of your work out (your "MAX")? or are you supposed to rest for a few hours/a day and then just strictly do the exhaustion test? TIA!

Good Idea Or Bad Idea?
I gotta question. Does doing the same exercise everyday cause you not to lose anything? I workout 5 days a week. I do a 50 minute work out on the elliptical and jog for 10 minutes on the treadmill. I try to stay within my calorie intake soooo, anyone know how to answer this? Greatly appreciate it! :smile:
