I was babysitting today and I decided to take the little guy to the park (they were having like a carnival today) So instead of driving, I WALKED! :bigsmile: 2 miles up, and 2 miles back. I am EXTREMELY tired but it was well worth it. I feel great...my feet don't, but I do! haha. :laugh:

About resting after strength training...
I don't use weights of over 5lbs and I usually don't use them for more than 20 minutes. My question is, do I really have to wait a day between every time I use weights even with this small ammount? My arms are a little sore from weights yesterday, but not terribly so, and I really feel like using weights again today.

SOO CONFUSED!!!
I ate pretty light yesterday and I was below my calories. I had one 30minutes powerwalk and another 25 minute power walk. I took the bus home ( meaning more walking) I did lunges and stretches and pushups....HOW DID I STILL GAIN ONE POUND?????/:brokenheart: Can someone point out what i'm doing wrong????
