Do you eat b/f excercise in the morning?
For those who excercise early in the morning, do you eat a little something b/f you start? Seems unhealthy to me to excercise on an empty stomach when you haven't eaten all night but on the other hand, it's hard to excercise right after eating.

How do you record the exercise you do for Turbo Jam Cardio Party and Ab Jam? I've been alternating between the two and I don't know how to record them under exercise? Help please.

Is a Rest Day really needed?
I usually work out 7 days a week! I decided to take a rest day today but its killin me to just sit still! Does anyone else have an issue with taking there rest days? Can I do something else on my designated rest day? Feed back Please!!! Steph

Nike+
Does anyone use Nike+? It's where the shoes have like a tracking device and you can have it set up on an armband or use your ipod and it'll tell you while you're running how far you've gone and how many calories burned. I am really interested in it, and I'd like some input. Thanks! :happy:

frustrated with calories burned
I am getting frustrated. I am not sure if my HR monitor is not working? Or if it's normal? I just ran for 10 minutes at 6mph. My HR monitor says I only burned 68 calories. That seem so low to me. I am 165 pounds.....I figured I'd be burning more calories.

I bike on a bmx bike with my 30 pound toddler on a ride on bike seat. I am not sure how to factor this into my exercise cals. Should I count the amount of calories someone would burn if they weighed the amount my son and I weigh together. By myself, for 20 mins, it says I burn 70 cals under biking, leisurely. For a person…
