osteopenia of the spine
I had a bone density test recently that said I had osteopenia of the spine. I know walking is good for the hips and legs but does anyone know of exercises to strenghten the back and improve bone density there. thanks

I have always wondered..
I have been working out consistently for probably about a year. My favorite machine at the gym has to be the elliptical. Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone knew how accurate the calorie count on those machines are? I did it today for an hour and a half on the interval setting and it said I burnt 700 calories...

Weighing/Measuring... How often?
