I bought a heart rate monitor yesterday at Wal Mart. I bought the mio sport select, just under $40. I did not want to spend a lot. I read the instructions carefully and entered all the info. I workout 60 min everyday with a fitness program on my xbox and every 10 workouts it tracks my weight and heart rate in a fitness challenge so everytime I workout it says I'm only burning around 230 cals. I walk and I barely burn 100 calories. I've seen people put that they burn 500 calories in a workout what are you doing to burn that many. I know I need to up my workout but I don't know what to do, walking is easy and I know I can usually get in about 30 minutes of it a day.
