I've been having kind of a hard time believing that my daily walk pushing my son's stroller only burns 200 calories. We walk for an hour and I push myself pretty hard. I was logging it as Walking at a moderate pace and it said that I burned a lot more than when I log it as pushing a stroller. Has anyone else had a question…

It amazes me how I burn less calories now, 23lbs lighter ,doing the same cardio. For example, 2 months ago I was burning about 490 calories when doing Turbo Jam cardio mix 3. Problem area...
Does anyone know the best way to tone up the butt, thighs, and legs??? Specifically, the saddle bag area? I have done countless lunges, squats, etc. and I have excepted the fact that I am a "pear" shape and will always have a larger lower half but I at least want to get to the point where I feel okay to wear shorts! Late night workouts
I've found that recently I don't have the motivation to work out in the morning, but more so right before I go to bed. Sometimes as late as 11 at night. I was wondering if anyone knew of anything I should watch out for, be aware of, etc....Should I just eat extra calories during the day so I really do exercise at night?
