Victorious Victoria Day Challenge - April 29th
When I grow up, I want to be viviakay. You could tell your husband that your both off the charts! since I'm sure you could do more than 40 bent knee push-ups if you can do 17 regular. I plan on testing myself soon. Also testing myself on cardio, though I expect, it will be my worst rating. There are flexibility…

You have three weeks left to surprise yourself  I have surprised myself a number of ways in these various challenges: I now consider elliptical easier exercise, I do strength training and sometimes enjoy it, and I have to limit the new exercises I'm trying, so I can save some for later. I would love to surprise…

Okay, my husband and I set up a fairly nice gym in our basement a few months ago. It has everything you need to get in a pretty good home-workout... including a top-of-line treadmill. Oh my God!! I did my very first class today and hot yoga is no joke. I couldn't believe how hard it was and how intense it can be. I wore my HRM and I burnt 476cal in 90minutes!! What an amazing class. I just wish the class weren't so expensive. I call it "rich" people exercise. lol Have a great night! :flowerforyou:

CT has this program, which I have pasted below to help to encourage people to take their kids and enjoy all the state parks in the state. And, I'm getting extra walking in, as our…

Victorious Victoria Day Fitness Challenge April 26th
It's awfully early on the weekend to be awake. I perpetually find it hard to believe people willingly get up at this time. At least it's the weekend and we got rain last night. Yesterday I did the elliptical as promised. I was so tired by the afternoon, I didn't do much else. Today is the 3 hour yoga stint, then probably a…
