So, I've just started working on my post baby abs..ick..anyways, I've been doing 25 crunches a day to start because I didn't want to be too sore, but I'm not sore at all so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong?

Is it OK to do 2 20-minute cardio workouts (one in the morning and one in the afternoon), or is it better to do it all at once? I have a very active 4 year old, and can't always get in 40 minutes at one time. Am I just spinning my wheels by doing it in segments?

Switching it up

how many inches?
well i actually did the inches thing this month and i couldnt believe it in one month i lost 6 lbs and 7.25 inches with a remarkable 3.5 inches from my gut. Sry no inches lost around my true waist but a lot from my gut area!!!
