It amazes me how I burn less calories now, 23lbs lighter ,doing the same cardio. For example, 2 months ago I was burning about 490 calories when doing Turbo Jam cardio mix 3. Problem area...
Does anyone know the best way to tone up the butt, thighs, and legs??? Specifically, the saddle bag area? I have done countless lunges, squats, etc. and I have excepted the fact that I am a "pear" shape and will always have a larger lower half but I at least want to get to the point where I feel okay to wear shorts! HELP!!!

How accurate is it??

Late night workouts
I've found that recently I don't have the motivation to work out in the morning, but more so right before I go to bed. Sometimes as late as 11 at night. I am changing my workouts to morning just because I am going to school and I have three kids so my schedule is always changing.
