I am adding any type of exercise a day that I can. I am a person who tries to park as close to a store as I can. Now I am parking as far as I can. I don't do it at night if I am by myself. Elliptical calories - Help!
I LOVE the Elliptical machine: it is by far my favorite cardio - except for this one thing. How come the Ellipticals vary SOOOO much in the calories burned? One machine says one number, and another machine (same program) says another number. I wish I could figure my own kcals....even the "Calories-Burned" websites…
