Question about weight and calories burned
So does it hold true that the less you weigh the more you have to do to burn calories? I'm confused because 5 pounds ago my calories burned registered as more versus putting in the same activity for the same amount of time weighing 5 pounds less. Can anyone answer this please?

Quick Question
Ever since I started working out and losing weight...I have been so cold. I have been keeping my house at 74 degrees which is up from 66 degrees last winter...and I've been needing to wear long sleeves everyday and that never happens...am I doing something wrong? How can I stay warmer? Thanks.
