When you do ab crunches, or glutes exercises, do they actually make your stomach and rear get bigger at first? It seems that way but I didn't know if it's just my imagination. Has anyone tried the Quigong workouts? My mom just got one and I tried it today it was very nice and relaxing a little like yoga I suppose. I was surprised with even the simple movements you felt it.
