Why does the “goal” change day to day?
I noticed on “nutrition” the goal changes day to day. Macro Question
I am at goal weight and I think my calories are right because I am not gaining or losing. I eat about 50% fat 20% protein and 30% carb. I notice my mid-section getting thick. Does too much fat cause belly fat even if you are normal weight? Thx for your input!
