Howdy, Pals!! I pray you all are flourishing. I am looking for advice on how to continue fat loss or at least prevent fat gain on a soft diet. Easy ways to get more protein?
I noticed that I always seem to fall short on my protein macros and too high on my carbohydrate macros. I am not really a fan of meat, and only eat chicken or pork on a rare occasion. I love tofu and fish, but even with those I seem to be falling short! Any other tips to help sneak it in? Thank you!

Broccoli Soup
I purchased too much broccoli and decided to make soup in my crockpot. I poured a base liquid of a small amount of chicken bone broth that I had left; maybe 3/4 of a cup. Sautéed half a white onion, chopped, almost an entire bunch of celery, chopped, added some garlic and sea salt and shredded carrots. Chopped up five…

I have no idea why I can't get usda entries out of the database. As if there's an odd filter... Anyway, I have a pack of marinated chicken drumsticks. The pack says 100gr = 217kcal. As usual it doesn't say whether this is with bone or meat only. The pack contains 69% chicken drumsticks and 28% barbecue sauce. 10% fat per…
