Does blending blueberries reduce their health benefits?
As above. I know juicing fruits removes their fibre and their goodness. What about blending. Specifically blueberries. Does blending it and then adding it to things reduce its health benefits at all or its fibre benefits. I would’ve thought blending is fine as you chew food anyway which is like a blended version. But I’m…

Protein consumption
I've been dialed in on calorie deficit for months, but I'm having trouble getting protein up to my goal. I've consistently been at about 70-75g. I should be closer to 140, but I'd be happy if I could reach 100 more than 2 days in a row. As a midwesterner, fish isn't typically a 'go to' (yes I could prob do better there).…

We use MFP to input my wife’s food intake so we can easily calculate the carbohydrates in the food she eats. Daily calories consumption formula.
Hi there, Can you explain the daily calorie consumption formula shown on the homepage tab of the app? Why did to add the exercise calories to the overall formula. To be in calories deficit, we have to eat less than the burned. So i don't really understand how this formula works by adding the calories burned in exercise.
