how to track midnight snacks?
i stick to my calorie goal the whole day then at around 10-12 at night i'll have a snack as i noticed it helps me sleep much better, i count these calories from these late snacks as calories for the next day, is this okay to do aslong as i stick to my calorie goal?

MFP - Database variability and, presumably, incorrect data
How do you cope with the variability within the MFP database in order to get an accurate and correct food diary? We eat a lot of chicken thigh (much better flavour than breast) but the variability in the data is noticeable. See picture below. Other foods can also be variable. Chicken breast appears to be better.

I keep hearing "estrogen loves fat." Finding it to be so true! What's working for you? I practice taekwondo and strength train regularly. Diet is pretty decent. I keep hearing protein is key to keeping muscle and losing fat in menopause. Has this worked for you? Mine will not budge!!!
