Jillian Michaels Whey Protein
I've recently purchased the Vanilla Cream Shake mix. Although I hate the taste of Vanilla shakes. I tried putting some frozen strawberries, but it didn't really give me a great taste. Needless to say, I couldn't finish the entire shake. Does anyone have any good recipes that I could consider? :smile:

quaker instant oatmeal- wrong serving size:-(
Out of curiosity today I measured one packet of Quaker instant oatmeal ( mostly because I wanted to eat more than 1 packet). I was expecting to measure 28 gms as listed in the serving size....but I measured 25gms. Gaining? I don't get it!!!!
I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself everyday b/c it fluctuates however. My diary is open. MFP set my calorie intake at 1230. I upped it since I was hungry and everyone told me to on here... I've been doing P90X and I jumped on the scale and it says I gained 1 1/2 lbs? WHAAAAT What am I doing wrong?

Falling under calories
I am a little confused! Most of my friends on MFP tend to be under their calories each day, including myself, however aren't we supposed to be striving to HIT the calorie intake level? Obviously we shouldn't be going over but constantly being under can't be good either, right?
