cauliflower crust pizza...yum!
Just tried a new recipe and LOVED this. So did my husband and kids...let me know if you are interested in the recipe. Bummer is that I don't have an exact calorie count but it's easy to come up with one. It has cauliflower, egg, cheese, garlic and oregano in the crust. Toppings, whatever you like. TASTY!

Hi y'all I'm really confused and quite frankly scared out of my mind to consume so many calories. According to the Road Map 2.0 My TDEE minus 20% is 1553. I am positive I will gain with this many calories. What should I do?? Also, do I count excersize in my net calories? Thank you. SO MUCH

is this true, regardles of whether you're trying to lose or gain weight? that would mean i need to eat 250 grams of protein per day. now the dumb question, is there a pill that can give me 250 grams of protein? because i don't feel like eating 6 chicken breasts every day.
