Hi. So I'm at the end of my day now (living in UK) and I'm left with 293 calories out of my 1500. daily water intake
I'm having a lot of trouble getting even close to the daily recommended intake of water- I just can't handle that much water! Can anyone tell me if the other stuff consumed during the day (coffee, tea, juice, etc) may count towards one of the 8oz glasses of water? I'm not hopeful but thought I'd ask just in case!

Which nutrients do you track and why?
I track fiber, protein, carbs, fat, and alternate on the fifth one. Protein carbs and fat are pretty standard I think, and I like to track fiber because fiber helps keep me full.

I haven't had lunch yet, since I had a late breakfast. Which is best......not eating because you are not hungry, which could slow your metabolism OR eating when you are not hungry just to keep your metabolism up and get your calories in OR having a higher calorie early dinner? Low Carb Question!
