a little bit of extra calories just because cooking,especially from scratch, isnt always an exact science?or even using measured amounts,labels are allowed to be a certain percentage off,so i usually add between 50-100 extra for the day. anyone ever do this,heard of someone else doing it?or am i just crazy.

Always have to much protein
According to the food tracker I am supposed to have 50 grams of protein a day. Somehow i am always a little over that protein limit but still tend to feel hungry so I dont feel like im actually getting to much. I do have one protein shake a day.
