Yonanas Ice Cream Machine
My husband received a Yonanas Ice Cream Maker for his birthday, (he loves icecream,) and we just tried it out and loved it! Just wondering if anyone else has tried it, and if they liked it? Had any problems with it? *I should mention that this machine only uses frozen fruit to make the 'ice cream', no dairy involved.

Trusting the calories
I'm pretty new to all of this, but I'm constantly worried that my calories are higher than what I think they are. What's somewhat strange to me is that even when I net calories I feel that I've eaten to much. Does anyone have any tips to help me resolve, or at least calm the feeling?

sandwiches or wraps??
I have always been under the impression that wraps are better for you than sandwiches. I have been noticing that the days i have one however...which is most days!...my overall fat intake is pretty high. I think carbs are better in a wrap though? Im so confused where to go from here. Any opinions?

Uses for Coconut Milk
Bought some Silk Pure Coconut (Vanilla) milk and Hubby & 4y/o are a no-go. I love coconut but must admit it's like drinking tanning lotion. I am planning to try (a 2nd go) at brown rice pudding w/ coconut milk in it but what other ways could you suggest for using this?
