Ok, So I dont understand why I see some people eating back their calories... why would you spend time burning off calories only to eat them back!? Getting out of this.
I want to maintain, but man I'm scared of gaining weight back. I workout hard, being I'm swearing into the army on tuesday, I can't be in a deficit anymore for obvious reasons.
