Green Smoothies
I have started eating green smoothies for breakfast and I was wondering if anybody has had any luck losing weight by adding these to their diet. Obviously you still have to count calories and exercise but has it been easier with these? Any suggestions for recipes or anything else will be much appreciated!

Sometimes I get tired of the boring plain taste in water, but I dont want to go back to drinking soda all the time like I use to even tho I only drank diet. Anyways, is flavored water ok? if it says no calories or sugars? Or is that just as unhealthy?

finding it hard to meet calorie requirements

Considering a meal plan
I'm considering sticking to the same meal plan until I reach my goal. I don't do well when I have too many options and choices. I like structure and knowing what I will be eating at what time. Using wii for exercise, has anyone had much luck doing that?
My physical therapist has suggested that I could supplement our workouts by using a Wii for exercise on the days I do not see her. Has anyone had much luck using their Wii as a serious cardio workout tool? Right now we are working on building stamina and walking more and more each week, we also do stairs and water aerobics.

Has anyone else here tried adding a noncatalogged food into the database. i tried to in the app under 'add food' i keyed all the nutrients and it wouldn't take se eral attempts. is there a secret to get the feature to work. my bread isn't in the database. thanks.
