My Old Fashioned Oats box says a serving is 1/2 cup, rated at 150 calories. That is more than this calculates for 1 cup of oatmeal. Why is that?

Just a PSA. Remember that Thanksgiving was just 'one day' to cheat out of the year. It was ok to 'eat whatever you wanted' for that one day, as long as you kept your calories the rest of the year.
