Just a wondering about labelled calories...
I just thought, does anyone on here know if the labeled calorie total is always for ALL of the contents of the pack?? For example if you bought a curry and it says 750 calories, do you reckon that includes every last drop of curry sauce?

Can I add the calorie amount if I know it?
What if the food tracker calories are different that the ones on the package that is right in front of me? Is there a way I can put in my own calorie amounts if I know what it is instead of leaving it up to the food tracker who may have it wrong? Thanks Lisa

question about finding and logging food
So, I was just wondering if there was a way to see what ingredients were in other people's food. You know the ones they add to the entries so anyone could put them under their food for that day. For example I made homemade spaghetti last night so I looked it up. It had Jane's homemade spaghetti 1 serving is around 250…

Artificial Sweeteners? Sugar? Diabetes?
Ok, I'm confused, so I thought I would come to people who have had the occasion to explore weight loss strategies, and who may either deal with diabetes or know someone who conscientiously deals with it. I saw a post that discussed using Crystal Light and there were several comments about the bad effects of Artificial…

Do you track EVERY food you eat?
Just wondering if you track every single food you eat or if you have days where you don't. So far I've tracked EVERYTHING and it is definitely leaving me accountable! I have a friend who doesn't track her "cheat" foods so IMO I don't know how that is helping her. Just wondering what everyone does or doesn't do. Thanks!

Greek yogurt = LOVE!
I don't know if you've seen greek yogurt in the grocery store, but it seems to be the new biggest thing. Throw away yoplait and dannon yogurt, which has corn syrup in it and go for some healthy, natural greek yogurt, which is HIGH in protein!!! It's great!! If you haven't tried it, I definitely recommend it. I love the…

High calorie, low fat foods?
Hey guys. My alarm clock did not go off this morning for some reason, so I had literally ten minutes to get dressed and leave the house. Ziploc Steam bags?
I was wondering what those of you who have used the Ziploc microwave steam bags think of them. The idea seems pretty simple: veggies, seasoning, nuke, eat. Does it affect the flavor? I've only had the frozen steam in bag veggies from Birds Eye or Kroger, so they have the freezer taste. Plus, any personal recipe favs would…
