Need Dinner Idea's
I have logged in my meals and snacks for today except for dinner and i have this is what i have left: 636 cals, 117 carbs, 12g fat, and -2 protein. I have no idea what to have for dinner tonight that will be filling and i'm not eating carbs (breads, rice, potatoes, etc.) for dinner. Any suggestions? thanks

High Protein Diet?
Okay my problem is that no matter what calorie counter I use when I put my heigh, weight, age, and goals in, it calculates that I should eat 1200 calories & the carbs are about 130g or more. Bad dayyy.
So yesterday I went out for dinner...and blew it. I did not eat healthy at all. ughh. Now I'm really disapointed with myself and I hope this 1 meal doesnt ruin the last week and make it all a waste! :(

Opening your Food Diary
I'm sure most of you know that if you click on Settings and go to Diary Settings you can make your Food Diary viewable to others. In case some of you didn't know that option was there, I thought I'd share it. Its interesting to see what others eat.

High Protein Breakfast
I have found that when I have the time to make myself an egg for breakfast, or if I have leftover meat from dinner that I eat at breakfast - I am not as hungry. When I eat oatmeal or cereal, I am hungry again by 10. Any ideas for a quick high protein breakfast? Even something I can make up on the weekend and grab on the go?

The best sandwich meat
does anyone buy meat from the deli of their grocery store?? is it best to go buy it there and use that for sandwiches? i just don't know how many pieces per cals..i guess i could look it up :ohwell: LOL

Amazing How Much More I Can Eat!
I made excellent food choices today, and I am amazed at how much food I got to eat! A salad with, my healthy lunch and supper, then additional veggies and fruit with all meals also; it makes such a difference! I still had some calories left to eat a handful of grapes after my workout! Wow!

Going over on protein
So I am careful to stay within my carb goal because I don't want my insulin level to be fluctuating. But what about protein? Is it a problem if I go over on protein?

White vs Brown Rice?
I've always believed that brown rice is better for you than white rice - but comparing the two just now, the kcal per serving is less for white than for brown. (Tesco, UK) Can anyone clear this up for me?
