Addicted to food?
The hardest thing for me to overcome when losing weight is that food is ALWAYS on my mind! I just love to eat! How do you/have you overcome the times when you just want to eat something because you're bored/emotional or for any other bad reason?

Going over my sodium!
I keep going over my sodium! I am always good on my calories, fat, carbs and sugar.. but sodium is killing me. I go over by about 500-1000 every day. How bad is this? Which foods are low in sodium? I tend to add most of mine with lunch and dinner foods. 1 cup of fat-free chili was over 1,000mg!

So, obviously I'm trying to lose weight, however I want to gain muscle at the same time. So, my question is..I know that if you are trying to gain lean muscle you should eat around 1.25 grams of protein per lb of body weight..minus the fat. Is that still true if you are trying to lose weight?
