healthy recipe websites
I've used allrecipes.com for the longest time, but I'm not impressed with their healthy recipe section. Does anyone have any recommendations on some websites that have lots of good healthy recipes to go through?

Save up your exercise calories?
Do you have to eat your exercise calories daily or would it be okay to save them up? I have read that if you eat too much less, then your body's metabolsim will slow down. I like to eat a little more on the weekend. This would be similar to what Weight-Watchers do with their point system.

hi, what should someone eat if they have used all their calories for the day for dinner. I know you have to eat something otherwise your body will store it, but how many calories should someone go over and what should they eat.. suggestions would great help.. i was thinking of a piece of fruit and some cheese maybe? :huh:

Ok, I'm new to this and I added onto the list sugar levels to watch. For breakfast I had a cup of Oatmeal Squares in skim milk, and that was about half my sugar intake for the day! Am I doing something wrong, or is it ok to go over in sugar if you're under in calories??
