I am going to bake some dove that I shot a couple of days ago. The birds are cleaned, and legs and wings are left on. What is the nutritional info for one bird? MFP does not have this in the database. Would appreciate your feedback. Kat

Family Members who don't understand
I just had a very frustrating moment! I made myself an omelet, I used 1 egg and 2 whites. My mom came home and saw that I was "wasting" them and she decided she was going to eat them. I tried explaining to her why I'm not eating them, as she is supposedly trying to loose weight as well. But she just doesn't get it and she…

Need help cooking chicken
I got some boneless, skinless chicken tenders. I wanted to make barbeque chicken with them.. what is the best way to cook them do you think? (in the pan, bake, crockpot) I don't mind just cooking the tenders plain, then adding the sauce later. Obviously I have zero culinary skills :)

My average daily caloric allowance is around 1420 but today I worked out like crazy and the computer said I could eat 2566 calories. sweet n low sweetener
I'm a little confused. I use sweet n low, equal, splenda, etc as sugar substitutes for coffee. I just noticed that 2 packets of sweet n low are accounting for 2 grams of "SUGAR" in my food diary. Could this be right? I thought sweet n low was a sugar substitute, does it really have sugar in it?
