Have ya'll tried the Archer Farms salsas at Target? Oh goodness they are so good, my favorites are the organic Mango Pineapple, and the Black Bean salsa. ground chuck meatloaf
Does anyone know how I should log in a homemade meatloaf made with ground chuck? Should I just go with the lean ground beef meatloaf that is in the data base? Ground chuck seems to me to have a whole lot less fat in it. :huh:

I just realized that I've been miscalculating the calories. I thought the whole bag was 120 calories. I just found out that there are 2 servings in one bag. So the total is 240 calories. Once I start eating them..I can't stop.

Just got back into logging yesterday after a few month lapse. Today I went over my suggested intake of protein by 24 grams! Is too much protein really a bad thing?
