I just wanted to post about another good source for finding out the calories in restaurant food. It's www.dwlz.com. She has an unreal amount of restaurants on there. She has it set up to be similar to Weight Watchers so she only has cal, fat, carb, fiber and WW points, but it's a good start.

Good Peanut Butter

Natural Peanut Butter
I bought some natural peanut butter the other day and divided it up into three small containers so it would be easier to stir. The jar said to stir it then refrigerate. Is is really necessary to refrigerate? I didn't. The only ingredient is peanut butter.

What should I have for lunch?!?!
BAHH! I don't have anything for lunch today! I usually have left-overs or whatnot but today I dont have ANYTHING. I would liek to get something fast but don't really want Subway....
