You know what would be a good idea?
If we had a way to rate or review foods/brands for others to see. For instance, today I bought a jar of Polaner strawberry preserves with fiber in it...and it's naaaaaaaaaasty. :laugh: Maybe I would have known that and saved some money if there was a system to know what might be good or might be gross.

Carbs and Fiber?
I've seen a couple of people mention something about taking the # of fiber away from the # of carbs. for ex if something has 12 carbs and 4g of fiber then its really only like 8 carbs is this true? i always seem to go over on carbs, but if this is true then it puts me at a good amount lol!

too much protein

Nutrition Facts
I bought a small bag of Green Giant Klondike Petite red potatoes. The nutrition facts say 110 calories for 1 potato. They are VERY small. I looked again and it says serving size 1 potato (5.3 oz). I weighed it on my food scale and it was 4 potatoes to get to 5.3 oz. Should I go by 1 potato or the weight? Thanks.

I absolutely LOVE Trader Joes. I recently went there and bought freeze dried blueberries. This is all natural, no extra sugars or ingredients.
