Does anyone know the effects caffeine has on weight loss? I always thought that if it gave you the energy to get up and go that that it would be beneficial.

looking for ideas for low/no sugar drinkswith no artificial
I'm try hard to limit my sugar intake but also want to avoid sugar substitutes. I have been drinking mostly water with the occasional green or black tea. Does anyone have any suggestions for drinks to give me some variety? A little bit of sugar is OK.

Nutritional Info for Chicken Thighs
When I looked up how many calories were in 8 oz of boneless skinless chicken thighs in the database it ranged from 260 - 480. That's a BIG difference that can change whether I'm over or whether I'm under my calorie allotment for the day. Does anyone know what the correct info is? Thanks

High protein, low cals - any ideas?
I have awful migraines and daily headaches, and my neurologist just suggested a game plan that included, among many other things, more protein - 75g a day. I'm all for it if it will help me reduce my headaches, but I'm also trying to lose weight. Any suggestions for high protein foods that won't break my food bank?

Well some days im fine and am not too hungry but other days like today i just cant stop eating i cant satisfy my hunger and i will try and eat a apple or carrots or light popcorn but im still hungry and i will drink a ton of water to try and fill myself up but nothing works does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this…

calorie intake
When i first joined yesterday after i inputed all my info, it said that i needed to intake 1280 calories and not exceed it, that amount of calories in a day seems like a small amount i dont think i can stick to that i have already used 350 calories just this morning.

Site says I should be eating only 1.4k calories in order to lose 2lbs a week. Is that correct. At 10am I already felt shaky and dizzy. Does it matter when you should have your meals? Im trying to save most of my allocated calories for dinner time.
