????
I think this is a valid question and haven't seen an answer anywhere to it: Ok so when you exercise the calories you burn are added into your caloric intake for the day for you to eat, and I understand why it is like this. My question though is why do the other areas being tracked stay the same. For instance - fat,…

Easy, tasty snack...
I am not really a fan of raw carrots, but I'll eat them anyway because I know I should. The other day I picked up a bag of carrot chips, you know - raw carrots sliced lengthwise...and on the back of the bag it had a little snack idea. Mix equal portions of fat free sour cream and salsa, and dip the carrots! A healthier…

Fiber, Fiber & More Fiber...
(Long article but well worth the read.) FIBER Grandma always told you that "roughage" was good for you, and now research is proving that fiber in foods is important to health. Fiber is the part of fruits, vegetables, and grains that is neither digested nor absorbed. Why should fiber matter to good nutrition, since it…

Know of more satisfying late night foods
What foods will keep me satisfied towards the end of the night, but won't keep me up peeing all night (water)? I work 12 hours shifts, get off work late and want a food that satisfies longer so I don't have to eat too close to bed. I'm finding it hard to set up a set schedule due to 3 late nights per week; I get home at…

Sugar sensitivity?
Since I've started eating healthy, I avoid most sugars. I don't have sugar in my coffee/tea and I rarely have dessert. Honestly the only sugar I eat is from fruit. What should I eat at Chili's?
 Hi everyone- I'm going to Chili's for lunch. Does anyone have a good suggestion for something lower calorie there. I want to be prepared. I looked up some of their things on a website and it was frightening! You could eat all your day's calories in one shot there! Yikes. Thanks in advance!

Finally Tried the No Pudge Brownies
I finally bought them last night and instead of baking a whole batch I microwaved 1 serving in the microwave for seriously just 1 minute!! They're REALLY good! There's still a lof of sugar and carbs in a single serving so they're not as great as I thought they were as a healthy treat--but no fat is still good too me! lol
