Does anyone else find it difficult to drink 8 glasses of water per day? I usually drink around 4. Will drinking just 4 glasses throw a wrench in my weight loss attempt?

Gensoy Protein Shake Question
Have you ever added this to a regular food instead of making a shake out of it? I know you can add protein powders to foods, but I didn't know about the shake mix. Like I thought of adding some to my Coco Wheats or oatmeal in the mornings to see if it helps me stay full longer with the extra protein. Just curious.

Total blew dinner last night
The family wanted Lasagna and garlic bread...so I made it...and ATE it....2 servings ( hey it was good!) and 2 slices of garlic bread...almost 1000 calories in one meal...WHAT WAS I THINKING!! UGH!! Today is a new day :wink: and I have it all planned out...Hope everyone has a GREAT day!!

Crystal Light Green Tea products question
I really like Crystal Light and have recently been drinking their Natural Green Tea Raspberry, so I was curious if this has the same good effects as often boasted about green tea (I'm guessing the bagged ones hot?) any feedback you can offer would be great.

Fiber Foods
I'm a 25 year old female, and I know that I need to up my fiber intake. I would guess that things like bran cereal would be good, but that gets really old, really quickly. Does anyone have some ideas that could diversify my fiber-foods? And how many grams should I be shooting for a day?

I really want to make some funfetti cookies. While I know I can have like 2 or 3 and be perfectly fine for the day I can't make just two or 3 and I'm afraid I'll eat the entire batch which will ruin my day.

Popcorn toppings?

I ruined my sweet potato fries
I tried to make the sp fries. I cut them up to the equivelent of mcdonalds size fries. I let them soak in water for 15 minutes. Breaking out?

I am logging everything I eat in my food diary on here. I usually do really well on breakfast, lunch and snacking throughtout the day. I always have over 1,000 calories left for dinner. My question is, does it matter if I eat something like pizza or a Bic Mac as long as I stay under the calories alotted for me for the day?
