Does anyone happen to know where I can track down nutrition information for Whole Foods' Deli's Gigande Beans with Lemon and Garlic? I've searched everywhere, and Whole Foods doesn't publish nutrition information for their deli foods. Any insights will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think my entire dinner was like 1,500 calories once I got done entering it into the food diary. And all I had was a salad (with dressing and a little spoon…

So afternoon would roll around and by 4:30pm I would be starving....so I would binge eat until practically bed time. I mention this because I never realized before…

What kind of staple food should I buy in bulk?
We have a BJ's membership (kind of like a Sam's club or a Costco's) and I want to go there and buy some staple "healthier foods" in bulk so I won't run out and have any excuses. I need some ideas though. We used to go get water, juice boxes for my son, etc there, but we haven't gone in a long time.
