I was just watching a video on runnersword.com and the nutritionist said don't buy flavored oatmeal, it has too much sugar. Confession
I feel so guilty...but I shouldn't. I ate all my exercise calories......in M&M's....thats right 2 bags for a total of 470 calories!! That is the first time i did that since I started.....I even felt a little sick after. Thank goodness I put the extra time in the pool (water aerobics) but I won't do that again! I felt gross!
