figuring out %
if I wanted to up my protein and custom set MFP, would I multiply the number of cals by the % if protein, then divide it by 4 (calories in each gram of protein)? Ex = 1500*.6 /4 = 225. Calories in eggs?
Why does the food database list 3 large hard-boiled eggs as having 233 calories, but list 3 large scrambled eggs as having 304 calories? Is it assuming the eggs were scrambled in 2 pats of butter? :huh: Or ... what? Please help! :flowerforyou:
