Stupid question
OK, on the box that popcorn comes in, it says: Serving Size 2 Tbsp unpopped (makes about 5 cups popped) Servings per Bag: about 2.5 Now, doesn't this mean that 2 Tbsp makes 5 cups popped popcorn? Because when I log in the popcorn it is listed as 1 cup for a serving. Am I just misunderstanding?:blushing:

How many calories should someone consume with these stats? Age: 51 Height: 5'5 Weight: approx 158 Asking for my mom, MFP put her at 1300 cal, but I think she should be eating more. Her exercise mostly includes walking 30 min most days of the week.

I got sick on monday with a stomach virus and my stomach has still felt queasy(sp?) since then..... I havent been able to eat much since then.. Explain to me what I put in for meal size
I made a chicken mango salad. I went in and added all the ingredients to my lunch portion then remembered that meal. I estimate that it makes six cups total. So would I divide 100 by 6 which would be 16 so then I would put in .16 for my lunch??? I feel so silly but I really want to accurately put in what I am eating!!…
