Just for an update. I came off the meds I was on that made me feel like crap. I have decided to do 1300 calories and 40 min workouts 5 times a week. How does this sound to you guys. I did the 1500+ calories and went up half a pound so it didn't work.

I went to a lunch time class on nutrion and the women said that it was not good for digestion to drink to much water with your meal as it effected the stomach acids from being able to digest the food. I am not sure what to think, as some say to drink water to fill up. Water for thought. :happy:
